Site Verification Optimization Dashboard

Designed an interactive Power BI dashboard to analyze and optimize field verification schedules. Mapped site locations using latitude and longitude data to validate their positions and assess travel efficiency. Incorporated filters for company sites and verification dates to evaluate combinations based on proximity and daily workload. Provided actionable insights into whether site groupings and schedules were optimal, reducing travel time and improving verification planning.
